Magic Cube Solver: Offline Privacy Policy

Policy information

Developer: Magic Cube Solver: Offline

Privacy contact: [email protected]

Effective date: 2026-10-24

1. The app and information on your device

This policy covers Magic Cube Solver: Offline (Android package com.offlinecube.practice). It offers 3D practice, manual color entry, offline solving, timing, records, settings and achievements for five puzzles. No account is required. Core practice and solving work offline; online services such as ads need a network connection.

You enter colors manually and solving runs on your device. The app has no camera scanning, photo-library recognition or cloud AI recognition, and does not collect or upload camera images, photos or face data. This version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions, does not ask for payment card or bank details, and does not create purchase records.

Practice progress, entry drafts and viewing angles, results, achievements, settings, review invitation preferences and ad frequency records stay in app storage on your device. The app has no developer-operated upload endpoint, account system or cloud sync, and does not actively pass this puzzle information to the ad SDK.

The experience feedback in Settings, including stars, text and time, stays on this device and keeps up to the latest 20 entries. It is not sent to the developer. It is separate from a public review you choose to submit on Google Play.

2. Advertising and processing by Google

The app uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK for bottom banner ads and occasional interstitial ads, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable ad consent and privacy choices. Google may receive your IP address and an approximate location inferred from it; app and ad interactions such as launches, taps or video views; crash and other performance diagnostics; and advertising, app set, or applicable device and account-related identifiers. This does not give the app your Google password. The app does not request GPS precise location.

These services use information for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. What is processed depends on device settings, region, consent and Google's service configuration. Non-personalized ads can still involve processing data. The ad SDK's own crash diagnostics may run; the app has not separately enabled Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. App set IDs are limited to applicable analytics and fraud prevention, not ads personalization or ads measurement. The app does not associate them with advertising IDs or personal and sensitive data for advertising purposes.

Before requesting ads the app refreshes UMP consent information. It initializes the ad SDK and loads ads only when UMP permits ad requests. Where required, Ad privacy options in Settings reopens Google's privacy form. Reading or closing this policy is not ad consent. Refusal, offline use or an ad failure does not block core practice or offline solving.

See the third-party links below for Google's policies, ad controls and retention information. Google may process data outside your country or region under its published policies and applicable arrangements.

3. Remote configuration and current status

The app uses Firebase Remote Config for ad switches, frequency parameters and the store-review switch. At startup it reads activated cached values, fetches new parameters in the background and listens for real-time updates. Offline or failed requests use cached or packaged defaults without blocking puzzle practice or offline solving. Banner, interstitial and store-review switches default to off in the app.

These switches control ad display or the store entry; they do not turn off all data processing. Turning off banners, interstitials or the store entry does not stop Firebase Remote Config or enabled Sentry diagnostics. When UMP permits it, the ad SDK may still initialize and process the corresponding service information.

Google Firebase processes Firebase installation IDs, country codes, language codes, time zones, platform and operating system versions, the Firebase Android App ID, the app package name and the Remote Config SDK version for configuration services. Network services also receive the connection IP address. This information helps select and deliver configuration values and maintain and improve services. It does not sync puzzle states, scores or local feedback. The app does not enable Firebase Analytics, A/B experiments or Remote Config personalization. The app does not currently use Firebase Authentication sign-in, Firestore or Realtime Database player databases, Cloud Storage for player files, or Cloud Messaging push notifications. Using Remote Config does not mean other Firebase products are enabled.

A Firebase installation ID identifies an app installation, not a player account. Under Google's currently published rules, the ID is retained until an installation-deletion API call is made. After deletion is processed, data associated with that ID is removed within 180 days from the live and backup systems of Firebase services using it. This is Google's stated processing limit, not a promise of immediate deletion by this app.

The app currently has no in-app Firebase installation-deletion button or player-account lookup for installation IDs. Clearing storage, uninstalling or sending an email does not automatically call the Firebase deletion API. You may contact the privacy email. The developer will assess whether the installation can be identified, explain the data and limits involved, and handle identifiable records within its authority through the applicable mechanisms. Do not send unrelated identity documents or puzzle save files.

Continuing to use Firebase services that generate installation IDs may create a new ID. Google states that the new ID is not associated with the deleted ID or its data. Deleting a Firebase installation does not delete AdMob data, Sentry diagnostics or information you shared with other apps.

4. Sentry error and crash diagnostics

The app integrates Sentry to diagnose script errors, Android exceptions, native crashes, unresponsiveness, and selected solver failures. Reporting starts only when a distributed build has this app's Sentry project configured. Unconfigured builds, the development editor, and debug builds by default do not start reporting. Core practice and offline solving do not depend on this service.

Diagnostics may include error messages and stack traces, timestamps, app and engine versions, device model, Android version, graphics and hardware information, an SDK-generated diagnostic installation identifier, and a limited history of page names, puzzle types, solver error categories and durations. The receiving network service sees the connection IP address. Default personal-information transmission is disabled; the app does not deliberately provide player names, email addresses, accounts or advertising IDs.

This integration does not upload complete puzzle states, entered colors, practice or score save files, local experience feedback, screenshots, scene trees, full logs or script local variables. Performance tracing, session replay, structured-log and metric uploads are disabled. Necessary error messages may still contain runtime-environment information. Diagnostics are used for stability and troubleshooting.

Sentry processes diagnostics and may process them outside your country or region. Its SDK may keep a bounded local cache while offline and retry after a later launch or network connection. Upload failure does not block core features. Diagnostic records are handled for the period needed to investigate faults, maintain stability and meet applicable obligations, subject to the Sentry project's actual retention settings. Server caches, backups and deletion processing are also subject to Sentry's service rules.

The developer handles privacy requests for identifiable records under its control in this app's Sentry project. Contact the privacy email so that we can assess whether relevant diagnostics can be located, explain what can be deleted or anonymized or must be retained, and act within our authority and applicable requirements. Clearing local storage does not automatically delete submitted records. The app has no in-app diagnostic-deletion button and cannot promise to find anonymous or pseudonymous diagnostics directly from an email address.

5. Sharing and external services you choose

A generated achievement PNG is provided through Android sharing only after you tap Share and select a receiving app. The recipient's further processing is governed by its policy and your actions. An app-owned copy of the image remains on your device.

The Google Play review link opens the store. This app cannot read the review or stars you submit there. Online policy and third-party links open in your browser; those sites may handle access logs under their own policies. If you email the privacy contact, your message is used to answer questions and handle requests. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

The policy page itself contains no analytics scripts, ads, tracking pixels, forms or code that sets cookies, and loads no external fonts or images. When you open it over a network, the hosting service still receives your IP address, request time and browser request information, and may retain access logs under the actual hosting configuration. A page without tracking code does not mean that network access involves no data processing. Third-party links are subject to their own policies once opened.

6. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local practice information and settings remain until the relevant feature overwrites or deletes them, you clear app storage, or you uninstall. Clear all results in Settings deletes official results for the five puzzles; earned achievements, drafts, settings and local feedback may remain. It does not delete all app data. Android's Clear storage or uninstall removes this app's local data. Images you separately save or send to another app must be managed there.

AdMob data is subject to Google's policies and ad privacy controls. Section 3 explains Firebase installation retention and deletion; section 4 covers Sentry diagnostics. The developer is responsible for assessing and handling identifiable data requests within its control, rather than referring every responsibility to a provider. Android ad settings let you reset or delete the advertising ID; applicable ad privacy options let you change choices. These actions do not promise to erase all data already held by Google. The developer has no cloud puzzle records indexed by a player account.

Send privacy or deletion questions to the contact in this policy. We handle information we can identify and actually control, as required by applicable law, and can help you find Google's or a recipient's controls. We cannot promise deletion of third-party records we do not control. Privacy correspondence is retained only as needed to respond, resolve requests and meet applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized unless further retention is legally required.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information or access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent-based processing, or a complaint to your local authority. Applicable Ad privacy options let you change ad consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal and does not automatically erase existing records.

When making a request, identify the app, the right you wish to exercise and the approximate time of the information involved. App and operating system versions may help locate it. Please do not initially attach identity documents, payment information, complete saves or unrelated sensitive content. We ask for proportionate additional information only when necessary to verify authority and locate records, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. If records cannot be located, must legally be retained, or more time is needed, we explain the reason and available next steps. There are currently no player accounts, marketing-email subscriptions or cloud score files.

7. Permissions and security

Network access supports ads and online features. Vibration supports optional haptic feedback. Ad dependencies can add advertising identifier and related permissions to the Android manifest. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise location permissions, and sharing an app-generated image does not require access to your photo library.

Local files are in Android's app storage sandbox. Google states that the ad SDK encrypts user data in transit using TLS. The app has no feature that uploads your puzzle information to a developer server. No storage or transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure; please protect your device.

8. Audience and updates

The app is for a general audience and is not directed at children. It has no account or social features. Please contact the privacy email if you have a child privacy concern involving the app.

The developer updates the policy date, in-app text and public web page when processing, third-party services or features change, and provides additional notice or obtains consent when needed. The in-app version is available offline; the public page provides the latest published version.
